We are a non profit corporation registered in BC Canada. Our dream is to awaken and help as many people as possible to realize the essence of life, and everyone to live a joyful and fulfilled life.

Are you a mindfulness teacher, or do you want to become a mindfulness teacher?
Our mission
Our mission is to serve a community whose members value self awareness and consciousness to enhance human wellness and well being. We help our members to make a positive social impact.
We aim to raise public awareness of Onenergy and bring about evolution of human health, wealth, relationship and well-being.
What we do
We provide guidance and support to our members to establish a sustainable source of income. That includes business and marketing tools, advice, and training.
We advocate and encourage participation in various mindfulness practices to improve body, mind and emotional health, including but not limited to Qigong, Taiji, Yoga, and meditation.
Play an active and important role in mindful education
Everyone can participant and play an active and important role in mindful education. We are a teacher and a student at the same time.
Mindfulness is not a philosophy or psychology, although some of the psychology techniques might be involved in guiding the practice.
You will be able to tell the difference between the real mindfulness practice and psychological practice after taking our teachers training program.

I become aware of my will ability, disconnect completely from the outside. I enjoyed the flavors, it was an incredible experience. I understood that people are not good or bad, there are simply people who align their intention to the heart and others are not.
Each moment is unique and unrepeatable, the true intention comes from the heart, being willing to accept life, circumstances 100% without resistance. I was able to meditate silently for 30 minutes, I had never been able to do it before. I lived with much more mindfulness and awareness, cultivating acceptance and gratitude.
